This formulation contains a specialised blend of herbal ingredients that work to prevent damage from inflammation and oxidative stress, support detoxification channels, enhance toxin removal, stimulate digestion and ease stomach discomforts. Turmeric Root contains a compound called curcumin- a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. Our anti-inflammatory tea has been carefully blended to optimise its benefits; curcumin is notorious for being poorly absorbed in the bloodstream, however, when ingested with Black Pepper, absorption can be increased by as much as 2,000%!

HOW TO USE

INGREDIENTS
Turmeric Root, Ginger Root, Fennel Seed, Chamomile, Liquorice Root, Calendula Petals, Devils Claw, Black Peppercorns.
DIRECTIONS
Add 1 teaspoon per 200ml (cup) boiling water. Steep 5-10 mins.
Not to be taken by children under 16 or if pregnant.
Store below 25°C in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight.
Refrigerate after opening.

Cautions and Contraindications:
In some individuals at high levels, ginger may increase bleeding, and therefore may need to be avoided in bleeding disorders. Licorice possesses mineralocorticoid-like effects, which in some cases may cause hypokalemia, hypertension, cardiac arrhythmia and myopathy. Those taking fludrocortisone or medicines which can deplete potassium should avoid Licorice. Turmeric and Black Pepper may cause digestive upset in certain pre-disposed individuals. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting or prolonged diarrhoea occur desist use and consult your doctor. Seek professional advice before using if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical supervision.
